The Provincial Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (PEDIPO) is a department of the Province of Northern Samar created to lead and coordinate the province’s economic development initiatives.

PEDIPO is responsible for promoting investments, supporting local enterprises, and improving the overall business climate in Northern Samar. It works closely with national government agencies, local government units, private investors, and other stakeholders to encourage sustainable economic growth.

The office focuses on developing livelihood programs, facilitating investment opportunities, and implementing strategies that generate employment, strengthen local industries, and reduce poverty across the province.
